FREE parent/guardian seminar for every parent/guardian with a registered dancer!
DANCER: A minimum of twelve hours of classes and seminars
TEACHER: One hour master seminar for teachers (ages 16+)
DANCER/TEACHER: A minimum of twelve hours of classes and seminars and one additional hour long master seminar for teachers (ages 16+)

-A minimum of twelve hours of classes and seminars with some fun surprises along the way!
-No one-day option. This is a progressive experience that requires dancers to attend the full weekend
-Advertised faculty members cannot be guaranteed. Due to COVID-19 or other extenuating circumstances, if a specific faculty member is unable to attend, a suitable replacement will join the team.
-Tentative workshop schedules will be available on our website prior to the event. Schedules are subject to change.
Observer Info:
A limited quantity of Observer Bands are offered to parents of registered dancers. Observer Bands will not be offered at the door and therefore, must be purchased online by August 20, 2021. In the event COVID-19 restrictions further limit the amount of observers we can have, priority will be given in the order of bands purchased, in which case we will issue refunds to most recent purchasers until we are within guidelines. Studio owners/teachers and dancers may not purchase observer bands. Observers may not have access to the teacher seminars. Embody Dance Conference reserves the right to revoke observer privileges at any time. No photography or video recording is allowed during classes or seminars. Photos may be taken in between classes and with the faculty.

Trans and BIPOC Scholarships:
All trans and BIPOC dancers registered for our 2021 event will be issued a partial scholarship for our 2022 events. This will start small but grow as we grow!
Alignment Scholarships:
Additional scholarships known as “Alignment Scholarships” will be awarded by faculty members during our premiere event and can be redeemed at our 2022 conferences.
