All waivers will be sent out prior to the event and must be signed and returned before arrival.

Photos, Videos, and Audio Recordings:

 

To protect attendees and the intellectual property of faculty members– photography, video recording, and audio recording is strictly prohibited during all classes, competition, and seminars.

Safety & Security:

 

All Embody Dance Conference attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal adult. Embody Dance Conference, all facilities and host hotel are not responsible for any injuries or lost or stolen items. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the facility. Bottled water is the only beverage permitted inside the dance space. Lunch breaks will provide dancers time to eat outside the facility.
