Go beyond the classroom and into the ideas that inspire our faculty. Faculty Immersion Labs are deep-dive experiences where faculty explore topics they’re passionate about, from dance history and artistry to performance, creativity, and camera work.

Embody faculty go beyond teaching dance moves- they share the experiences, insight, and knowledge that shape a career and life in dance. Mentorship Rounds connect dancers with faculty through small-group conversations exploring industry pathways, leadership, teaching, mindset, and life beyond the stage.

An opportunity for the Embody community to come together through movement. Dancers will explore guided prompts, share their unique artistry, and draw inspiration from one another in an open, collaborative space.

Led by our Mindset & Mental Health in Dance faculty, Embodied Sessions expand on the conversations introduced at our regional events, giving dancers space to explore mindset, resilience, identity, confidence, and wellbeing both in and beyond the studio.

Team Bonding brings the spirit of Homecoming to life. Like a traditional homecoming, it welcomes the entire Embody community to connect, collaborate, and build new friendships through playful challenges and shared experiences with peers, faculty, and teachers.
